Before you start

  • A card is on file. Clovie answers in the app once you've added one.

  • Staff can ask too. They can't change other people's bookings.

Ask a question

  1. Open the menu and tap Chat.

  2. Tap Ask Clovie anything and type your question.

  3. Tap Send.

Some things to ask:

  • What's on today?

  • Who hasn't confirmed?

  • When is Sam's next booking?

  • How did this week go?

Book, move or cancel a booking

  1. Ask in your own words, like "Book Sam for a fade on Friday at 10".

  2. Check the plan Clovie shows you.

  3. Tap Approve.

You can also start from a page. On Calendar, tap a free time, then Ask Clovie to book. On a client's page, tap Book. The chat opens with the request typed in, so you only tap Send.

Start a new chat

  1. In a chat, tap New chat at the top right.

Tip: Clovie uses AI. Check anything important, like a price or a time, before you rely on it.

Still stuck?

Open Clovie and ask in Chat.
