Services

What you offer, with prices and times, and the add-ons clients can add to a booking.

Before you start

  • You're an owner. Staff see the list read-only.

  • Clovie only quotes what's here, so every service needs a price.

What's on the page

Services and Add-ons sit side by side under the search. Services are grouped by category, each with its time and price.

Add a service

  1. Open the menu and tap Services.

  2. Tap + next to the title, then Add a service.

  3. Type the name and set the duration and price.

  4. Under Who does it, check the people who do it.

  5. Tap Save.

Choose Fixed or From for the price. A From price shows clients the lowest amount, like from $30.

Change a service

  1. Tap the service.

  2. Make your changes, then tap Save.

Turn off Show to clients to hide a service. Hidden services stay on past bookings but can't be booked.

Change several at once

  1. Tap Select, then tap the services.

  2. Tap Move, Hide, Show or Delete.

Add-ons

  1. Tap Add-ons, then +.

  2. Set the name, extra time and price.

  3. Under Works with, choose the services it goes with.

Important: A service marked Nobody assigned can't be booked. Tap it and choose who does it.

Note: A service with bookings is hidden instead of deleted, so past and upcoming bookings keep it.
