Your own photo, sign-in, notifications and how the app looks on this phone.

Before you start

  • Personal is yours, not the business's. Everyone on the team has their own.

  • Open it from your name at the bottom of the menu, or your photo on Chat.

What's on the page

  • Name: your name on the team.

  • Account: the email you sign in with, and how you sign in.

  • Notifications: whether this phone gets notifications.

  • Appearance: Match phone, Light or Dark.

  • Easier reading: a clearer font with more space between letters and lines.

  • Sign out: signs you out on this phone.

Turn on notifications

  1. Tap Notifications.

  2. Turn on Notify me on this phone.

  3. Set Up next reminders to get a reminder before each of your appointments.

Change your photo

  1. Tap Edit photo.

  2. Tap Take photo or Choose photo.

Delete your account

  1. Tap Account.

  2. Tap Delete account and follow the steps.

Important: Deleting your account can't be undone. If you're the only owner, it also deletes the business with all its bookings and clients. Make a colleague an owner on Team first to keep it.
