What Clovie works from

  • Your services, prices and opening hours

  • Your special days

  • Your team, their days and their breaks

  • Your bookings and your booking rules

  • What you write in About your business. Clovie only says what's written there.

What it does on its own

Clovie answers clients on WhatsApp, books them and sends reminders, at any hour.

For bigger changes, like moving several bookings, it shows you the plan first. Nothing changes until you approve.

Where it can be wrong

AI can misread a message or get a detail wrong. Under Clovie's first reply in each chat, a line says "Clovie uses AI. Check for mistakes."

Important: Check anything important, like a price or a time, before you rely on it.

Note: Your booking rules always apply, so Clovie can't book outside your hours or over another booking.

Keep what Clovie knows up to date

When something changes, change it on its page: Services, Opening hours, Special days, Team or Details. Clovie works from those pages, so it picks up the change.
