What Clovie keeps

  • Your account: your name, and your email address or phone number

  • Your business details: business name, services, prices, opening hours and staff

  • Your clients: names, phone numbers and notes that the business enters

  • Your bookings: appointments and their status, like booked, cancelled or no-show

  • WhatsApp messages: the messages needed to make, confirm, change and remind about bookings

  • Voice commands: when you speak to Clovie, your voice is converted to text and used to carry out the request

  • Usage counts: how many bookings are made, so billing is correct

  • App diagnostics: technical information such as app version, device type and errors, to keep the app working

Clovie doesn't store your card details. Stripe handles them.

The privacy policy says what is stored, and for how long, in full: getclovie.app/privacy.

Your microphone

With Hey Clovie on, the microphone listens on your phone for "Hey Clovie" only. Nothing is recorded until you say it. Outside the times you choose, it's fully off.

Clients who don't want messages

A client who opts out of WhatsApp gets no reminders or confirmations. Their page on Clients shows Opted out.

Delete your account

  1. Open the menu and tap your name at the bottom.

  2. Tap Account, then Delete account.

  3. Read what happens, then confirm.

Important: If you're the only owner, deleting your account also deletes the business, with all its bookings, clients, services and WhatsApp connection. Make a colleague an owner on Team first to keep it.

Can't open the app? Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
