Before you start
Chat opens when you open the app. Everyone on the team has it.
Clovie answers once a card is on file.
What's on Chat
Menu, at the top left, opens every page. A dot on it means something needs attention.
Updates, at the top right, shows what's new. While setup is open, it also shows Get set up with what is left.
Your photo, at the top right, opens Personal.
Ask Clovie anything, at the bottom, is where you type. The mic next to it lets you talk.
Ask something
Tap Ask Clovie anything.
Type your question, then tap Send.
To talk instead, tap the mic and say what you need.
Start a new chat
In a chat, tap New chat at the top right. It takes the place of Updates.
When something needs you
If something stops Clovie working, like a declined card or a disconnected WhatsApp, a warning shows on Chat with the fix, like Update card or Reconnect WhatsApp.
Note: Under Clovie's first reply in each chat, a line says "Clovie uses AI. Check for mistakes."
