Approve what Clovie plans

For bigger changes, Clovie shows you the plan first. Nothing changes until you approve.

Before you start

  • Plans come to you in the chat on the Chat page.

  • Turn on notifications in Personal, so plans also reach you when the app is closed.

Approve in the chat

  1. Read the plan on the card marked Needs your OK.

  2. Tap Approve. To leave it for later, tap Not now.

  3. With several plans waiting, tap Approve all, then confirm.

Approve from a notification

  1. Tap Approve or Decline on the notification.

If your answer can't be sent, open Clovie and decide in the chat.

Change your mind

Right after a change, Undo shows with the seconds left. Tap it to put things back.

Note: Your booking rules always apply, so a plan can't book outside your hours or over another booking.
