Before you start
Clients appear here after they message you or book.
Nobody calls or messages clients from the app. Clovie talks to them on WhatsApp.
Find a client
Open the menu and tap Clients.
Type a name or phone number in Search clients.
Recent shows the people you spoke to last. The letters down the side jump through the list.
What's on a client's page
Tap a client.
Up next: their next booking. Tap it to open it.
Figures: Visits, Books every, Last visit and Spent.
Contact: Mobile, Email and WhatsApp messages.
Notes: what your team wrote about them.
Visits: their past bookings.
Add a note
On the client's page, tap Add a note.
Choose General, Preference or Alert.
Type the note, then tap Add.
To delete a note, swipe it or tap its more button. Undo delete shows for a moment after.
Book a client
On the client's page, tap Book.
Check the request in the chat, then tap Send.
Note: A blocked client can't be booked, and Clovie sends them nothing. A client who opted out of WhatsApp gets no reminders or confirmations.
